-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike insure that David's section 7 document is in work archive
  - Mike can't find the email.

AR: David resend section 7 comment email to Mike

- Mike look into MeetingPlace issues
  - WebEx is available.
  - Mike will try it with a few internal meetings first.

- Mike propose IBISCHK bug for 5.5.6
  - TBD

New items:

AR: Mike post 1.1al version

Continued review of the IQ specification:
- Last week we moved concepts from 6.2 and 6.3 into other checks and deleted
  6.2 and 6.3.

6.4.	{LEVEL 3} Open_sink/Open_source model with correct Vref, Cref, Rref, Vmeas
- Bob: There is a parser bug to check for missing Vmeas, Vref, etc.
  - We should add a check for typ/min/max variation
- We added 5.6, 5.6.1 and 5.6.2

5.6.1	{LEVEL 3} [Model Spec] Vmeas and Vref used if typ/min/max variation
- Bob: Specs are not clear about timing loads
  - They tend to assume typ voltages
  - Vmeas and Vref should normally track the supply voltages
    - Moshiul: Agree
    - DDR2 has external vref
- Pavani: For most CMOS technologies, Vref and Vmeas are the same.
  - This would be useful information to include
  - Bob: We should not enumerate all the technologies
- Mike: Only the IC vendor really knows about typ/min/max variation of Vmeas, etc
  - It can be very difficult to find in datasheets
  - Bob: Quality control people should pick this up.
- Bob: Open-drain is more likely to need [Model Spec]
  - Mike: Not sure why this would be true
- We added description text to 5.6.1

5.6.2	{LEVEL 3} Vref consistent for Open-drain, Open-source, and ECL Model_types
- We created this title but added no description
- This
